CREDIBLE THREAT?

Washington (31 October 2001), Servicio Especial para LVDCL..- The New York Times in its editorial page of Wednesday, 31 October 2001, states that US government officials had mentioned that on September 11, President Bush had avoided returning to Washington, because there was a credible threat of a terrorist plot against Air Force One.

This gives credence to stories circulating in Washington and elsewhere that Fidel Castro knew the whereabouts of Air Force One in flight on 11th September, and that he knew so because of the Lourdes spy base. By Castro knowing the whereabouts in flight of Air Force One and thus, of President George Bush, so did other terrorists planning to attack US interests. The DIA Cuba specialist arrested in the Pentagon just over a week after the attacks against the US, was charged with spying for Cuba. She was jailed before more evidence could be gathered about her spying, in an attempt by US authorities to keep her from passing on information to Castro that he would in turn supply to terrorist states as Irak or Syria, among others. US intelligence arrested the alledged Cuban spy to keep her from providing sensitive information to Castro, who in turn, has been actively feeding information to the world wide terrorist web.

A source in Washington who did not wish to be identified claims that Castro knew of the whereabouts of Air Force One thanks to the spy base in Lourdes. This is also according to stories circulating at the highest levels of D.C., Virginia and Moscow. And it is no secret that Irak attempted an assasination of former president George Bush while he was traveling in the Middle East and no longer in office. If Castro has been passing information to his terrorist colleagues that merited Ana Belen Montes' immediate arrest so she would not continue disclosing information that compromised national security, then Fidel Castro's knowing of the precise location of Air Force One put the life of President George W. Bush in peril.

During a recent meeting of Duma leaders in Moscow, Vladimir Putin offered them both an explanation as to his decision to withdraw all Russian presence in Lourdes, but also provided the Duma leadership with ample evidence of why this decision was so necessary. Putin's decision to bow out of Cuba, in no way means Russia will not spy on the United States by means of satellites. But by placing this capacity so out of reach of the Cuban dictator, it only means that Fidel Castro will no longer have access to privy information and Russia will not be involved in any terrorist plans being conceived in and facilited by Havana.
